Ribs and cabbage recipe
- Separate cabbage leafs, remove the hardest stalks and wash the leaves. Slice them and cook in the pressure cooker, without adding water, 3 minutes from the ringing. To cook them well, the best is to do it in two or three batches. Drain and reserve.

- Peel onion, grate carrot and peel the celery, then mince it all.
- Heat oil in the pressure cooker; add minced vegetables and sauté 5 minutes stirring often. Add ribs and let them brown for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile dilute tomato in 50 ml of water and pour it over the ribs, add the cabbage, mix well and then add broth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Close the pot and pressurize it. When it rings, reduce heat and cook for around 30 minutes.
- When the indicated time has passed, allow steam to escape and open pot carefully. If you prefer a dryer dish, allow some of the broth to evaporate with the pot uncovered.
- Place ribs in a dish and serve immediately along with the cooked potatoes.
