Ribs and cabbage recipe

  1. Separate cabbage leafs, remove the hardest stalks and wash the leaves. Slice them and cook in the pressure cooker, without adding water, 3 minutes from the ringing. To cook them well, the best is to do it in two or three batches. Drain and reserve.
  2. Peel onion, grate carrot and peel the celery, then mince it all.
  3. Heat oil in the pressure cooker; add minced vegetables and sauté 5 minutes stirring often. Add ribs and let them brown for 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile dilute tomato in 50 ml of water and pour it over the ribs, add the cabbage, mix well and then add broth. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Close the pot and pressurize it. When it rings, reduce heat and cook for around 30 minutes.
  6. When the indicated time has passed, allow steam to escape and open pot carefully. If you prefer a dryer dish, allow some of the broth to evaporate with the pot uncovered.
  7. Place ribs in a dish and serve immediately along with the cooked potatoes.
