Pressure Cooker CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Clean the unit before using it for the first time.
- Wash the cooker with mild soap and water and then dry completely.
- Do not use metallic utensils that might damage the finish.
- Do not store food inside the cooker for a long time.
SEAL
- Remove the lid seal and clean filth in the ring and lid with water.
- Dry the parts completely.
- Put the seal back on the lid.
- Do not place the lid on the cooker when not in use to avoid tightening in the seal.
- Color change in the seal is not a problem. Changing the seal every 2 years is recommended. If you observe major modification, it should be replaced immediately.

PRESSURE VALVE AND RELEASE TUBE
- Remove the protecting lid and wash the parts with soap and water. Dry the parts completely.
- Check the release tube and if it is clogged clean it with the needle. Then use water and soap to finish the process.
- If the pressure valve screw is loose, tighten it.
